antibiotics460It is better not to take any antibiotics to treat acne. Antibiotics work tremendously well, but they only last for 3-5 months which focus on killing those bacteria. But, after that period, the bacteria may get resistance towards the drugs. Therefore, you have to switch to another antibiotic. The problemĀ  is you have to change your drugs every once in awhile because your body do not respond well for certain type of antibitiotics for long period of times. The advice is if your acne problem is not severe, don’t even try to think about taking antibiotics since it does not really treat the acne permanently. Also, let’s say in the future you may some bacteria infections and the doctor wants you to take certain kind of antibiotics, unfortunately your body may already do not respond to that antibiotic because you had taken the same drug for awhile. Taking antibiotics is not like taking supplements or vitamins, so if you could avoid it, please do so.

vol1co3All the foods you have prepared for the party look fine, but you start to panic because the sliced fruits on the other table are starting to get browning. There is one effective way to stop fruit browning which is by mixing the fruits with some salts. Maybe the fruits will eventually become a little bit salty because of the added salt but the appearance of the fruits will remain fabulously fresh by absorbing the moisture which causes the browning.

Simply peel off the rough (outer) skin of the turmeric and burn the skinless turmeric until it is hot enough to apply on the skin where the pain is. Frequent uses can treat the problems. It works as an anti-inflammantory which penetrates into the skin.

scaledm_468x481Body metabolism plays an important role in maintaining weight. Some of us are lucky enough to have high metabolism, hence you don’t have to worry too much about your weight. So people who are overweight or obese may be caused by low metabolism rate in their body. Therefore, instead of burning off those excess calories, they will be kept as fats in the body.

The key to the metabolism is a mitochondria. It is known as the “power house” of the body cells. So, energy that you have are mostly generated by this organelle. It is ONLY genetically inherited from mother to children. Therefore, when you look at your mom whether she can maintain her weight and eat whatever she wants, this maybe a sign for you to start craving high calorie foods too. Because, genetically saying you may be inherited with a “good” mitochondria that works well in burning those calories. But, if you think that you can easily put on weight, maybe you should start questioning your mom about her mitochondria.
