ricewine1Sometimes, a skin allergy can be very uncomfortable. Anti-histamine is believed to treat the allergy. But not many people know that rice wine can be used to ease the reaction, by simply applying it on the skin. The property of the rice wine which helps in the healing is called pitera. Pitera is a ferment filtrate of the wine. It contains a natural collection of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and organic acids and helps restore the skin’s natural renewal process. Although higher content of pitera can be found in sakae, but it is definetely a good substitute to use rice wine.

The way to use it is by dabbing cotton pods in the rice wine and place it over your allergic skin area. Leave it to dry.
